Privacy of employee information has been heavily regulated in the E.U. for years, and recently has become the subject of increased attention in the U.S. The rise in popularity of social media adds another layer of complexity to this already complex issue.

As an employer, what exactly are your obligations and limitations with respect to privacy laws and your employees’ social media use? How can you best align with the law in a way that will promote business success and employee satisfaction domestically and beyond? We welcome you to join in the first of a series of webinars on international employment law issues as we compare U.S. and E.U. privacy laws, and offer relevant strategies for employers who are charting their course to proactively manage these issues.
